Design Consultant

I was responsible for assisting new homeowners with selections for the personalization of their multi-million dollar homes, starting with options that affect the framing - electrical, cabinetry, plumbing, and railing - through the flooring, counter tops, and window covering options.  My duties also included meeting home buyers at their model to clarify standards and options, attending weekly on-site construction meetings to answer any field questions, and meeting with the home owners and superintendent at the home site for framing and electrical install inspection prior to drywall installation.  I used this opportunity to review the construction features of their new home from the pouring of the foundation, lumber selection, plumbing, insulation, window ratings, stucco applications and roofing materials to the delivery of their home.  I met once again with the home owners and the Finish Superintendent at the home site to verify tile and stone selections, and diagrams prior to ceramic install.  I also checked the homes on a regular basis making sure that all options selected were installed as expected, and sign off these installed options prior to the customer’s first walk.  Greenbriar Homes was named #1 in California for home owner satisfaction by the Alliance Survey Group, and named #3 in the nation.
